|Ms. Suvi Turja is a staff member of IOM Helsinki. She has served as a project advisor to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, especially in activities regarding general development policy and planning as well as monitoring and evaluation of development co-operation projects in the Western Balkans. She also worked at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Embassy of Finland, Ottawa. Ms. Turja holds a European master degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation, Italy and a master degree in Anthropology from the University of Helsinki, Finland.
